The Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, without giving any reason and without bearing any costs, except for the direct cost of returning the goods.

 The returned item must meet the following conditions:

•      the product is unused and undamaged,

•      the product is in its original packaging (the packaging may be opened to the extent necessary to inspect the item),

•      proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is enclosed with the shipment,

•      the return is made within 14 days from the date the withdrawal statement was submitted.

In accordance with Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

•      samples and products prepared to the Customer's special, individual order,

•      products which, for hygiene reasons, are sold in sealed packaging — if the packaging has been opened by the Customer after delivery (including: creams, serums, makeup and make-up removal cosmetics, powders, foundations, perfumes, deodorants applied directly to the skin, shampoos, gels, lotions, oils, nail polishes and similar items),

•      products which, after delivery, are inseparably combined with other items due to their nature,

•      audio or video recordings or computer software delivered in sealed packaging — once the packaging has been opened.

STEP 1 — Fill out the return form

Download and fill out the Return Form available at: form. Send the completed form to: admin@bureau-parfumerie.com or print it and include it with your package.

STEP 2 — Send the product

Return the product (with proof of purchase) to: Bureau Parfumerie, Koszykowa, 59, Warsaw, 00-660, Poland. The cost of the return shipment is borne by the Customer.

You may also deliver the item in person to our physical boutique within 14 days of submitting your request.

STEP 3 — Receive your refund

Once your return has been approved, funds will be refunded within 14 business days to the account indicated on the form, or using the same payment method used for the order. On request, we can exchange the product for another item or issue a gift voucher of equal value.

The Seller is liable under statutory warranty for physical and legal defects of the goods on the terms set out in the Polish Civil Code (Articles 556–576 of the Civil Code). A complaint may be filed if the delivered product is defective, damaged, or does not match the order.

The Customer may file a complaint within 2 years from the date the goods were delivered.

Download and fill out the Complaint Form available at: form. Send the form together with photos of the item you are reporting to: admin@bureau-parfumerie.com

STEP 2 — Send back the product

Send the item being reported (with proof of purchase) to: Bureau Parfumerie, Koszykowa, 59, Warsaw, 00-660, Poland. We will prepare a prepaid return label and send it to your email address.

You may also deliver the item in person to our physical boutique within 14 days of submitting your request.

STEP 3 — Complaint review

The complaint will be reviewed within 14 business days from the date it is submitted. If approved: we will replace the product with a new one, or refund you within 7 days to the account indicated, or using the same payment method used for the order.
